Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BlurPass ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BlurPass is a photo editing utility that allows you to strip metadata from photos and blur sensitive regions (faces, text, custom areas). All processing occurs locally on your device.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BlurPass for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

4. In-App Purchases

• BlurPass Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that removes advertisements.
• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.
• Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed in with the same account.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple, as we do not process payments directly.

5. Advertisements

The free version of BlurPass displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google and is not controlled by us. You may remove ads by purchasing BlurPass Pro.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

BlurPass is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate face and text detection:

• Automatic detection may not identify all faces or text in every photo.
• We do not guarantee that metadata removal is exhaustive for all image formats.
• You are responsible for verifying that sensitive content is properly obscured before sharing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of BlurPass, including but not limited to unintended disclosure of sensitive information in photos.

8. Intellectual Property

BlurPass, its name, logo, and design are the intellectual property of Mete Erdal Köroğlu. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

9. User Responsibilities

• You must only use BlurPass with photos you own or have permission to edit.
• You are solely responsible for the content you process and share using the App.
• Do not use BlurPass for any illegal purpose.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, subject to Apple's standard EULA terms.
